I help ship HR features without the usual corporate sadness: thoughtful UX, accessibility by default, and integrations that actually hold up (SAP + data hub). I tend to take initiative - getting people aligned, raising the bar on component design and testing, and turning “we should” into “it’s done”. I also spend time on architecture and technical strategy, because you deserve better future.

I worked on a high‑traffic education marketplace where performance is product: better Core Web Vitals, cleaner UX, fewer “why is this slow?” moments. I also helped start a university-facing portal with architecture, domain model, and documentation that let the team ship without lore. Sanity + GrowthBook rounded it out: content that publishes reliably and experiments that teach us something.

I worked across products, shaping features and UX with a strong bias for consistency. I designed and implemented an Angular UI component library that enabled teams to build and customize their own solutions on top. Behind the scenes, I refactored and optimized legacy areas to improve maintainability and performance, backed by clear technical documentation and active mentoring of junior developers.
